Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Model
The xOPT go-to-market (GTM) business model is based on selling subscriptions through channel partners with existing customers that can benefit from xOPT with the opportunity for the channel partner to provide a long term managed service that includes the xOPT subscription. xOPT works side by side with leading supply chain execution systems and provides customer stickiness and a future proof perennial software solution for partners and customers.
At the date of this document we currently have a global agreement with Accenture as a channel partner, and Australasian agreements with Ernst and Young and Cap Gemini. We also have an agreement with Teksecur based out of lndia.
The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft has shown a lot of interest in supporting us through their global network. We are live on the Microsoft Marketplace which gives us access to their global markets and the opportunity to both support our channels and sell through the marketplace platform.
